At Maison Vérité London, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied. However, it may happen that you wish to return a product. Below we clearly outline our return policy.
Return Conditions

You may only request a return after physically receiving the item.

Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags still attached.

Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them is not allowed.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.
Return Process

Request a return via info@maisonveritelondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

The item must be returned at your own expense, including any customs fees or shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and approved after inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Providing an incorrect shipping address is the responsibility of the customer.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
